GoogleWe were looking for a let and Danica from KFH was really on the ball and kept well in touch. We made an offer on a house she showed us but unfortunately we were outbid and we are now moving outside the area. In any case I would definitely recommend KFH and Danica as she clearly understood what we were looking for and as she has really great communication skills.

GoogleWe have probably enquired for 8 different flats in and around London and no one was as helpful, quick and prompt with replies as Danica. I was also trying to move within a span of 1 week and she has done a fantastic job in organising everything for us. The day we moved, the flat was immaculate, freshly painted, blinds put up and even a bed was supplied for us! Fantastic service all around and very warm, human touch from Danicas part. Thank you once again!

GoogleWe sold our house in Duke’s Avenue last month and must say we were extremely happy with the service provided by KFH and especially our agent at the Muswell Hill branch Elysia. She was very accommodating and helpful as well as finding us a buy very quickly at our happy selling price. We got feed back promptly from all viewings and the process from start to finish was handle very fast without problems and with complete updates through out. Elysia you would be my first choice again if I ever sold or purchase a property. Thank you so very much for all your help even after the sale of the house. A huge big thank you . Susan

GoogleAmazing renting experience with the agency. I have had the pleasure of working with a very professional, reliable, empathetic and great communicator agent, Charmain. Charmain has not only taken the time of informing me of their available properties, but she has also practiced active listening which has helped her (and us) in finding our new amazing home. Thank you!

GoogleIt was a joy to work with Danica. She was highly professional at all times but also really understanding and sympathetic of the stressful situation that someone looking to rent a flat is going through. Her service was faultless and I highly recommend her and KFH for those looking to find a flat to rent to call their home.

GoogleKFH, and particularly Danica in Lettings, have been a breath of fresh compared to previous experiences i've had when dealing with letting agents. Would highly recommend them.

GoogleThe team at KFH (Ashleigh and Matthew) were invaluable through every stage of the purchase of our new home. Without their diligence and calm management of the process (including advising agencies up the chain how best to manage their client) I'm certain we would not have completed and found our perfect new home! Can't recommend them highly enough.

GoogleRebecca Z from kfh was incredibly kind and helpful when looking for a property. We discussed our requirements and she made sure to keep a look out for when potential properties to rent came on the market. She helped us find an ideal property which didn't break the bank. Unfortunately, kfh have been quite poor managing agents. Although nothing to reflect on Rebecca's excellent service, it is worth doing some investigation into your management agent before putting a deposit on a rental.

GoogleReece Wallace did an outstanding job helping us rent our home! His energy and enthusiasm took all the stress out of the process. When it turned out we were too slow in making our offer on a first property, he promptly squeezed us in to view another before everyone else; that property is now our home. He fully grasped our requirements and presented us with realistic options. We felt completely at ease giving him honest feedback on properties, and he provided balanced comments.

GoogleWe recently sold our property in East Finchley through KFH and were delighted from start to finish. We were looked after by Jon, who was friendly and professional, offering good advice and setting realistic expectations. We followed his advice and ended up selling very quickly for a great price. Having had a terrible experience with other so-called 'leading' estate agents for the East Finchley area in the past, working with Jon and KFH was a breath of fresh air. Would definitely recommend!

GoogleWe have one person to thank for being able to buy our house and that's Liam Bray from KFH. He convinced us to go and look around even though we had 100% decided we didn't want to buy in that particular area. We fell in love with the house within seconds and three months later we moved in. At no point was Liam pushy, the communication between us and the sellers was first class and he dealt with all of our questions quickly and efficiently. Thank you for helping us find our dream home.
