GoogleDealing with the rental market in London is quite stressful, but David Mehmeti from the Islington office made things a lot easier for me. He has been kind, respectful and very responsive to all my enquires the whole time, and he’s able to update me with the new flats based on my criteria. Absolutely pleasant experience with KFH and special thanks to David. Highly recommend.

GoogleIn one of the most stressful, overwhelming and fast paced rental markets I’ve ever experienced in London, David Mehmet and his colleague Steve were an oasis of calm, care and help. They were the most responsive lettings negotiators I’ve ever worked with and spent time providing plenty of helpful tips and advice. A first class experience and a real collaborative environment. Although we found our new home with another agent in the end we are grateful for their help in our search. GoogleI cannot speak too highly of Folkard Kinleigh & Hayward and the team at their Islington office, led by James Ripp. After a spell with Chesterton’s, I moved to FKH, and they were a pleasure to deal with all the way through to the eventual sale of my flat. Due to an unforeseen problem this was a protracted procedure, lasting a year and a half, but James is hugely experienced and he was forever patient, helpful and reassuring both to me and to the buyers. If I was planning to buy another property in Islington, I would definitely turn to FKH again. Buying or selling a property can be a stressful time, but, despite the difficulties we encountered, James and his colleagues made it a thoroughly positive experience.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleThe easiest agents I've ever worked with. Andre was absolutely clear with me about the property throughout and kept me updated on the status of the offer - and importantly for me was very understanding that I was uncontactable during the crucial period following have made the offer and it being accepted in principle by the landlord. Both Andre and Carla were very responsive to my queries (and where they couldn't respond immediately, consistently kept me updated on the status of items) and got all of the paperwork through in an impressively short length of time (eg, submitted reference materials after midnight, all cleared before 9.30am) - never have I had a rental process this painless. Touch wood the move-in goes as well - but hoping Andre and Carla can also take charge on that!

GoogleIt's my first time renting my flat out and I've had a really good experience with KFH. I first put my flat for short-term rent - received an offer within 24 hours of listing. Then I just put my flat up in March for long-term rent - again, I received an offer within 24 hours of listing! I accepted both offers as they were both great tenants. I interviewed 5 other agencies and Khan was the most genuine of them and quoted the best price. Khan is always quick to respond, even during the pandemic, and offers sensible advice and guidance. My good experiences have been specifically with Khan Cohen, Sam Faid, Stephen Daley and Carla Hellery.
