GooglePervin was absolutely incredible with handling our sale from offer to exchange, and managing to keep things moving between solicitors, despite the complexities of the sales. The rest of the process was also great, with a realistic but competitive valuation, more viewings than our previous agent and good feedback and communication. Would highly recommend. Thanks again to Pervin and the rest of the team!

GoogleCarla and Steve were my points of contact once Visa had gone around my flat with me and discussed the letting arrangements. I found Carla and Steve clear and patient to communicate with long distance and I was impressed that Steve was checking that everything was in place at 8.30 am the morning that the new tenant moved in. As the saying goes 'the early bird catches the worms'!

GoogleWe connected with Steve Daley and Carla Hellery during our search to rent a place. Steve was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable throughout the process, which made actually finding a suitable flat much easier. Carla was then extremely helpful with the referencing and other mechanics, and always responded to queries in a very timely fashion. The KFH portal for document signature and referencing was also extremely easy. Overall, very happy and would highly recommend to others.
