GooglePoor customer relations, lack caring attitude, was told that I would have only 20 minutes to see property as she was busy. Really disappointed. Just received a phone call from estate agents who insisted that I remove from comments about the shocking way I was treated explained that I'm disabled and he was stressing me out but he would not listen, I terminated the call. Any further calls to me from there office I will take this matter further.NegativeProfessionalism

GoogleThe sales team comprising Hannah, Rebecca and Stuart at KFH’s North Finchley branch were diligent, professional and most importantly energetic throughout the sale of our house . Communication was exceptional as they without fail provided regular detailed updates and feedback on viewings, both verbal and written. Even when viewings tapered off at one point , they doubled down on their efforts , which ultimately got the house sold at a good level.
