GoogleBirjoo was extremely informative in our initial meeting. He handled the whole mortgage process for us which proved to be stress free. I would highly recommend him as a broker for anyone. I will definitely be using him again in the future.

GoogleMy experience with KFH is mixed. Over the phone, each member of staff was personable, knowledgeable and helpful . However, several times they failed to either return calls or follow-through on actions, which often lead to chasing after them for things. Sometimes members of staff would say they would come back to us with a piece of information or an answer to a question, only to receive no word and then be told that person had gone on annual leave. This happened more than once. All in all it wasn't a deal-breaker, but it definitely made the process more frustrating than it needed to be at times. In summary, my experience with KFH was in-line with my experience with most letting agencies in the past. Polite & professional with a healthy pinch of inconvenience to keep things exciting!

GoogleI want to strongly commend Ms. Hannah Willis of KFH Finchley for her commitment and perseverance in simultaneously selling our house and buying our new home over a period of several months during these challenging Covid times. Hannah ensured we had serious viewings and that the house we liked was kept off the market; she effectively coordinated with several individuals and institutions involved in this buying and selling process; and, towards the end her 'active diplomacy' ensured that both the buyer and seller 'stayed the course' - all to be commended. Reassuringly, Hannah always took our phone calls and promptly responded to our emails during varying periods of 'uncertainty'. We have now sold our old house and moved into our new home, where we are happily settling down. Thank you, Hannah and KFH - keep up the 'Gold Standard'!

GoogleOutstanding experience with Visar and Dillon in letting a house in late 2019. Dillon helped our family of five find a house, and when that fell through unexpectedly (through no fault of KFH), he helped us quickly find a new place that was even better, and where we've been very happy for 18 months now. Dillon showed a degree of honesty and genuine concern that really impressed me - hugely important for the stress of changing homes and moving. Highly recommend this team.

GoogleWe recently used KFH in north Finchley where they were the vendors' agents on a property that we purchased. I have to say that even though they were ultimately acting on behalf of the vendor, they (Luke Kkama) did all they could to assist us with the purchase. Personable, efficient and communicative - all we could have asked for. We were so happy with the service that we also used the same office (Dillon Brown) for the letting of our old property. That process was equally smooth.

GoogleThe KFH team could not have been more helpful or efficient progressing the sale of my mother's house. I felt hugely supported through the whole selling process and that every effort was made to ensure my elderly mother got the best possible deal. I would particularly like to mention Dinesh who worked extremely hard to hasten our sale to a satisfactory conclusion and Hannah who was also so helpful throughout the process. The whole team are very professional and ensure a constant flow of potential purchasers to secure the very best possible deal for the vendor. Many thanks to all.

GoogleKFH in North Finchley sold our house and found us a suitable flat to move into. Their profesional team were diligent, helpful and kept us informed all through the process. All the staff we were in contact with for both buying and selling were helpful and fully engaged. I would highly recommend them.
