GoogleBrilliant service from the start. I recently let my flat with Courtney Earley and the service he and his team have given me have been top class right from the off. The valuation they gave me was honest and accurate in comparison to other agencies that topped the price to try and win my business and then stayed in contact with me over a couple of months while I got the flat ready. When I gave him the green light he got me an asking price offer with a year paid in advance (what more can you want as a first time landlord?) within a week of giving me the keys. Couldn’t recommend more highly, will certainly stick with him and KFH in the future.

GoogleWe would like to thank KFH for selling our property. In the first months from September onwards; Siobhan, Toby and Lewis worked hard to arrange viewings when it was a challenging time in the mortgage sector. In the new year they helped find the most serious buyers and secured our sale in May. We corresponded regularly with KFH throughout and they were always helpful and responsive to our enquires and never pushy towards us. Selling our property was not straight-forward and we are grateful to the team for helping us through various complications that arose even after completion. We are very glad we chose KFH Sydenham.
