GoogleThis has been a really challenging time to move properties and I've had some very negative experiences with estate agents in the past, so have been pleasantly surprised by my experience with KFH and Marta in particular. Communication was great, we never had to wait too long for an update, and always received a prompt response to any questions or concerns. They are also set-up to do all paperwork through online signatures which makes life so much easier (even before their offices closed). Really appreciate all the help we were given.

GoogleGreat experience from the Tooting branch with Eden and Antony. Experience with buying my first place was rougher than expected but they were both great with keeping in touch, pushing where needed and following up with any questions/actions. Would certainly recommend

GoogleAs a seller, Martin at the Tooting branch was great for us. Really responsive over email or the phone, supportive throughout the process, and always willing to do his part to help move things along. He did really well to find us the right buyers and was great at communicating with us and them throughout the process. Would happily recommend him and the rest of the team.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleA really good and professional service. We sold a flat through Daniel and he was really communicative and honest with his advice in what has been a difficult pandemic period. We have also used the rental side as both a landlord and a tennant and they were equally good. Best estate agents in Tooting for sure!

GoogleIf you actually want to enjoy going to house viewings, speak to Eden. Professional and engaging, he listened to our requirements, and was incredibly proactive in trying to find us a new home that checked all the boxes. Having had many unfortunate experiences with estate agents in the past, working with KFH has been a breath of fresh air, and whenever we move again, they will be our first port of call.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleEden Douglas has to be probably the best estate agent I've had to work with. We were forced to look for a house under short notice and he arranged a viewing for us the same day within 2 hours of us calling. He has been the most responsive agent to my phone calls and has given great advice to us (all four of us). We would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a house and would trust him completely with doing his job. Count this as four five star recommendations!

GoogleThere's a reason most the 'Sold' boards around Tooting Broadway are KFH! Really impressed with the whole team, notably Gem and Antony who handled our sale. They have a good view of the current state of the local market, and I never felt like they were trying to push us in a certain direction, although would guide if asked for help. Communication was always prompt, professional and measured. Highly recommended, thank you.

GoogleMuhammad helped us massively in finding a suitable home for us in Tooting. He was responsive, friendly, and even went out of his way to amend the tenancy agreement to have some furniture removed late in the day. Would really recommend and thank you so much KFH!

GoogleWe had the pleasure of working with Olivier Herbu when finding our first flat to share.
Olivier Herbu and KFH followed through swiftly with all tasks required for final completion. We had a turn around of two weeks to our new accommodation and the entire process was supported from start to end.
Great experience and will look to work with KFH in the future

GoogleGem provided perfect service from the buyers side - issues I had with my conveyancer she went above and beyond to provide answers ahead of time helping me to make my decisions and speed up the purchase process. Will definitely be using KFH and requesting Gem in future if/when selling my property.

GoogleI had a real pleasure working with Dean Ashton (Mortgage Consultant) during the purchase of my first apartment in London. I had an experience of working with the different mortgage broker prior to meeting Dean, and experience was very poor, however Dean managed to sort out new and better deal with the lender for me within minutes. He is very professional and clearly very experienced in his field. It was pleasure.

GoogleI recently purchased a property through KFH which was made a pleasant experience by the KFH Tooting team. Gem’s communication throughout a difficult conveyancing process was helpful and reassuring. Olivier and Ashley then assisted with lettings which was conducted in a professional and efficient manner. Great customer care throughout, highly recommended!

GoogleWe sold our flat this year and purchased a property via KFH Tooting very recently. We have got to know Daniel over the last few years as we have looked to move on and off for a while. Daniel knew exactly what we wanted and didn’t ignore that and did a great job helping us secure our new home.
