GoogleAfter 33 years in our house, the prospect of selling and moving was daunting. However, Javaid and the whole team in Forest Hill enabled the sale to go as smoothly as possible. Our lead agent, Oliver Wilson was efficient, good humoured, on top of detail, great communications. What could have been a stressful time, proved to be a speedy and supportive transaction. Highly recommended!

GoogleMy grateful thanks to Javaid, Brian and the team at Forest Hill for the care and professionalism they showed when selling my flat. They placed it on the market at a fair price and managed the viewing and liaison with potential buyers really well. Despite the usual issues in the buying/selling process they kept things moving and always kept me informed when needed. Just as importantly they took responsibility when I wasn't, so I could get on with life confident in their ability to do a sound job. Thoroughly recommended.

GoogleWe had a great experience with KFH. The whole team were friendly and professional. We dealt with Kyle, Brian, Seth and Remi who all kept us up to date with what was happening throughout the sale. It felt as if the team were collectively working hard to sell your property, as opposed to just one specific person being assigned to your house. No matter who we spoke with they were knowledgable about our case and could answer any questions. I would highly recommend FH KFH.

GoogleWe had a great experience with Javaid and the Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward Forest Hill branch selling our house. Right from the start of the process - KFH gave us a credible and accurate valuation, the paperwork was simple to complete and photographs were done within a few days. Another agent had the property first on their books for a couple of months without any success. I gave the property to KFH and once the property was advertised, KFH sold our house very quickly at close to the asking price. From agreeing the sale, exchanging contracts and completing, Javaid and his team handled everything in a professional, friendly and efficient way and I would highly recommend and certainly use them again. Thank you.

GoogleJavaid and his team at KFH Forest Hill did a great job managing our move and sale. They were friendly and professional, which meant we were comfortable approaching them with any queries we had, even if it wasn't down to them to resolve. They were pro-active and happy to speak to our sellers estate agent on our behave when needed. Javaid added calm to a purchase that proved to be quite stressful at times. With the sale of our own property, they listened carefully and helped to set realistic expectations. Their expectations fell in line with ours and I'm happy to say the expectations were met with the sale of our property (our sellers gave us 3 weeks to find a buyer for our property, KFH delivered in 2 weeks at the asking price). I would definitely recommend Javaid and his team at KFH Forest Hill.

GoogleWe recently bought a flat in Forest Hill through KFH Forest Hill branch and couldn't have wished for a better estate agency experience. Javaid and Cherrelle were excellent. We were first time buyers, who had no real understanding of how the process worked, and Cherrelle went over and above to talk us through every stage of the process no matter how many questions we asked! We also were at the very bottom of a long chain and the process took a very long time (through no fault of KFH's). Throughout that, they were there to ease our concerns and chased hourly to get us exchanged. We wouldn't hesitate to go back to KFH, and when we come to sell, we wouldn't go anywhere else. Thanks again for all the hard work guys, and more importantly for being 'normal' and human to deal with. We loved working with you all.

GoogleUsed Kinleigh's Forest Hill to sell a house recently and all I can say from start to finish the where amazing. I meet the manager Javaid on the valuation he was informative, honest and straight forward. He explained to me how process worked and did exactly what he said. We went under offer relatively quicky and Leon Green was the negotiator dealing my sale. Leon made sure everything moved along smoothly and at a good pace. The service was proffesional and I would not hesistate in recommneding kfh Forest Hill.

Javaid and his team all radiate commitment and are always on hand to help provide information, guidance and support while remaining grounded, positive and thoroughly pleasant. I have two flats to sell in Forest Hill and initially was working with both KFH and another local agent (so feel I can really provide a comparable review). I shortly gave the other agency notice when I could see the excellent service KFH were delivering. There are two reasons in particular that really highlights KFH above their competitors - they know the market and they make excellent relationships based on trust, transparency and value-add. I had high expectations yet they surpassed them all. I have every confidence using them again and recommending them.

GoogleWe were searching for a property from Germany. It’s really hard finding someone to trust who took the time to try and help and communicate. I was fortunate enough to chat to Kevin and he was super helpful. Took the time to try and get me as many viewings as possible. Online and in person. He was honest, genuine and reliable. I did not rent through kfh this time but I have no doubt that I will contact them again in the future.

GoogleReally impressed by Leon and Javaid at the KFH Forest Hill branch. Prior to selling my house, I was wondering whether to use Purple Bricks versus a normal estate agent. Really pleased in hindsight that I picked KFH. My house was under offer within 10 days and Leon was super responsive throughout the process even when a long chain was causing issues around the exchange date. KFH definitely deserved their fee.

GoogleJust wanted to note that if you rent out your property through KFH and they find a tenant, they will keep charging you a fee for the service they provided in finding that tenant - for as long as the tenant stays in the property. So even if they stay for a decade or more, you’re perpetually paying KFH a fee for that one-off service of having found them.

GoogleWe bought and sold our Sydenham property through KFH Forest Hill. Having received excellent service from Javaid and the team for our purchase we were not disappointed when it came to the sale. Friendly, efficient and always professional in their dealings, we were kept up to date with each phase of the purchase and sale with no hassle. I would recommend them and wish all estate agents conducted themselves by the same standards.
