We used KFH to sell our property. Tate and the team kept us informed throughout the process and arranged a large number of viewings. It took longer than expected to sell the property but this is no reflection on the team. We never felt that we were being sidelined in favour of newer properties. I have dropped a star from the score as we feel our property was initially over-valued. We had to lower the price on 2 occasions before securing a sale. The initial valuation from KFH was above the values given by other agents.

Javid, who spearheaded our request, was someone we were not quite expecting to meet because of the way in which he ensured everything was done to the required standard and perfection. Javid was exceptional and clearly very experienced in all aspects of the selling of properties Javid was sympathetic throughout as he pointed out and explained other qualities in the house that went unnoticed by other estate agents we had approached. We had a few issues with losing a set of buyers along the way, and a chain falling through at the last minute due to uncontrollable external events, but this was all handled seamlessly. Leon was the amazing and professional sales manager who worked incredibly hard to progress the sale. I had no problems getting in touch with Leon, didn't have to chase him at all.
