GoogleLast December we successfully sold our house through KFH of Forest Hill. Before asking for help from Javaid and his team we were with another estate agent. We took so long to write this review because we wanted to find the right words to express our thanks to Javaid and Leon for their excellent work. Since we called them, in complete distress, back in June they were continuously on our side. They were excellent communicators from the start and always knew where we were on the timeline, what was missing, and the time it would take to get to the next step. This was a completely new experience after the previous estate agent’s staff member who seemed completely on the buyer's side. Suffice to say, if you have a house to sell in Forest Hill, Sydenham or anywhere close to this fantastic part of London, don't give it second thoughts, just give Javaid a ring and he will help you get the best buyers, ones already screened to pass the basic test: can this buyer afford the property? Our house sold very close to the £800k asking price. Many, many, thanks: you will always be remembered as the ones who really made it happen!
