GoogleI've been looking for a property to rent for a while now but have found and made offers for some really great ones with KFH, with my agent Maira offering great advice and flexibility on viewings and a range of properties. I have since had an offer accepted on a great property. This process can sometimes be a bit overwhelming with the speed at which deals need to be completed with a significant amount of documentation and referencing but overall a good service.

GoogleWould recommend KFH to anyone looking to buy a property. They were very helpful, efficient and flexible which helped take some of the stress away from buying a house. We mostly dealt with Matthew Gibbard who was very knowledgable and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Overall vey happy with our experience of KFH.

We viewed 5 properties with Courtney Earley and made an offer on one of them the next morning. The process was extremely efficient and Courtney was very quick to respond to any questions we had.

GoogleWe have had worst renting experience of my life with KFH. We rented out a 2 bedroom apartment worth more than £2k pm, constituting of 1 toilet and 1 bathroom. However, the bathroom doesn’t have a functional shower and toilet doesn’t have functional water taps. I have had to showers at my office/gym/friend’s house. They asked us to sign a tenancy agreement of 3 years for rent reduction and still charged more than the actual market price of the property by keeping it off the market for long. Would never recommend to choose them. We’re fighting a suit on it now.

GoogleBefore I started the process of selling my flat, I thought the old saying that it’s one of the most stressful things a person can was an over statement. But sadly for us it most certainly proved to be the case. And one of the only things that made it bearable and eventually achievable was the hard work and care put in by Andree. He worked diligently and calmly for almost a year, finding us not one buyer but two after our first pulled out. If it wasn’t for Andree I believe we would have been living in our small flat for the rest of our lives. So forget what you think you know about estate agents and put your trust in Andree. We can’t thank him enough.

GoogleI can't be thankful enough for having such a wonderful agent like Maira! She did a wonderful job since day one up to these date. All the processing went so smoothly as she was really hands on. She is really one of a kind! She was very professional at all times, cheerful and very energetic as well. She possess this positive vibe and was so very passionate about her job . She handled my house letting in a timely manner in a way that she answers all my queries politely with full details. She also guided me and updates me from time to time. What can I asked for more? She did a great job for my house hunt. If I would to give an overall rating with her service, that would be 10/10! She deserves a perfect score, really!

GoogleWe recently dealt with this estate agent whilst purchasing our wonderful flat. We were greeted by Franck who was great, he made the transaction smooth and was always available if we had any queries. After searching for a property for a year he was by far the best estate agent we have come across- honest, straightforward and reliable. We would highly recommend them and wouldn't hesitate to use the again. Five stars for Franck.

GoogleAs a first time tennant the process seems quite daunting however with the help of Maira, the process was seamless and not at all stressful. Not only was she extremely professional but answered any queries or problems we had with no hesitation.
