GoogleThis estate agent was magnificent. I walked in, told them what I was looking for. They said they had something and when was I free to visit. Well, the next day I walked into my dream house. They had listened to my wishes and made them come true. The whole purchase procedure has been stress free because of their efficiency in following up emails with real phone calls,. So wonderful they have such marvellous people skills! Thank you guys ! Much appreciated. Moving in date only 2 weeks away !!

GoogleKFH London Bridge have really been incredible. I have rented out a property in SE1 for 8 years, and have now sold the property with them. KFH found me renters at high rental prices within weeks (they stayed the whole 8 years with no problems), and buyers ready to purchase at an excellent price within days. The team at KFH have always been available, kind, courteous, efficient, and very reasonably priced. Staff seem to stay a long time so you have an opportunity to build up a proper relationship with the team there, and they really work well together as one, not just in rentals and sales but also between the two departments. GoogleThe London Bridge office of KFH is very professional and a great, reliable estate agency. My agent, Franck Rouget, was helpful, efficient and gracious throughout a very stressful process. I felt he protected the best interests of both the buyer and seller and always tried to work out good solutions which were acceptable to all parties. I would definitely use KFH in future.

GoogleI'm not sure about the other seller but "Matt Gibbard" is very unprofessional and unhurried, I contacted him 2 week ago (Email, Phone, Etc) to arrange view for purchase a property at this point he haven't responded or email me back. Now every-time I see KFH logo on a propery in rightmove I just simply ignored it.
