But the best review I can give is to say that my partner and I only viewed the excellent flat we ended up moving into because Antonio from this branch of KFH took us to it as a "while you're here, here's one I think you'll like..." after we'd seen the place we'd actually asked him to show us. And that's something Rightmove/Zoopla/Onthemarket/etc just can't do for you, eh?

GoogleHad a viewing with Zak, generally very easy to deal with and not too pushy like other negotiators. Eventually signed a lease through him which was also quite painless. The inventory company was a lot more difficult to deal with but that is not Zak's fault

They went over and above to get the deal done, sorting out some final issues in a timely manner to everyone's satisfaction. Good job, very pleased.

GoogleHelen gave us a realistic rent expectation which she then achieved. Other agents had been very bullish and pushy. The team at Borough SE1 managed the whole letting without much of our involvement which was great as we don't live close. The automated paperwork is brilliant so again we didn't have to go to their offices to sign. All very calmly achieved with no hard sell. Our favourite agent in this area.

GoogleMy overall experience of KFH is nothing sort of excellent, they were efficient at all times. A special mention for Antonio Casanez, who helped me buy my first ever property. He had excellent knowledge of the local market and he was a true professional. He kept me informed throughout the buying process, liaising many times with the vendor's solicitor to keep things moving. I would highly recommend this agency.

GoogleVery good agent and amazing experience with Oceane Natali, who is very nice, beautiful, interesting and hard working. She not only showed me the house, but also explored the facilities of the house with me, especially the roof garden. It was an unforgettable experience with the London Eye in front of me.
