GoogleI was very happy with the way in which he sale of our flat was managed by the KFH team at the London Bridge office. The team was well led, all those I dealt with were friendly and efficient, I had confidence in the advice I was given and in the care that was taken over the security of the flat during visits when it was empty. I particularly valued the regular updates I received during the process.

GoogleKFH was very efficient in showing me the flat that I ended up letting, even though I was at the time based in the U.S. and did not have a UK mobile. They were quick to respond to emails and coordinate with the property management company. The letting agent Luke Mariosa, in particular, was very helpful and timely in getting back to me. He also followed up several times with the management company when I hadn't heard back. I would highly recommend KFH to others looking to rent a flat in London.

GoogleFantastic customer service. Laurence Dengate, a sales negotiator at KFH Borough, went the extra mile. It's really thanks to him that we didn't pull our hair out during the process - he was calm, knowledgable, and did his best to answer our (numerous) queries quickly. The whole team were great - making the keys available when we needed to go in and check on the flat, and doing an extra late viewing so we could make a decision on whether we wanted to take the flat. A marked change from other dealings with estate agents in central London, so, thanks.

GoogleI recently rented through KFH and would happily recommend them. When I originally arranged a viewing, Mo suggested another flat nearby in the same price range, and this was the one we ended up taking. The whole process was really easy, Mo kept us informed and all the referencing and contract signing was done online, which was really convenient. I've rented a lot in London, and this was the most stress and hassle free experience I've had. The fees charged were also reasonable, unlike some letting agents I've rented through.

GoogleVery very good experience working with Ben from this office. Super professional and the nicest guy you'll ever meet. We were looking to rent a two bedroom flat and he quickly showed us several different options one of which we took. So far its the best flat we've ever lived in. The rest of the team who organized everything were also very good! Only reason for 4 stars is that the maintenance team seems to be pretty slow but I don't think it's related to this particular office!

GoogleHorrendous experience as a tenant in a property managed by KFH. They continually forgot that one of us had paid rent up front so throughout the year claimed we had underpaid rent, causing hassle for us to have to correct their absimal systems. When it came to leaving the property, after over 2 months of us emailing asking for our deposit back (and receiving out of office after out office response) we were asked to pay 25% of our deposit as 'wear and tear' when the flat had barely changed from the standard we received it, as well as taking out VAT on the full deposit amount (clearly a misunderstanding of when VAT is payable - it is not here!). We are currently still trying to get back our deposit, but a week later they still have not responded to our emails asking for an itemised justification the 25% deduction they want from our deposit. Do not come here as tenant under any circumstances, there are plenty other agencies in the area!

The agent, Franck, worked hard to ensure that I was informed and kept the conveyancing going at a steady pace by regularly checking on progress with everyone. He was helpful and always available to answer the numberous questions I had as I purchased my first buy to let property.
