GoogleSherkila was a great help and very efficient in the letting process.

GoogleSo far, myself and my girlfriend have been with KFH since May 2018. All in all we are pleased with their service. In particular, I would to highlight a superb attitude and job by Rebecca Beveridge. Rebecca dealt and helped us to solve a complex situation related to flat and landlady. Also grateful to Sherkila Finnegan for her support and help.

GoogleWe have previously had a poor experience with a rival Chiswick agency but have been really impressed with Charlie at KFH. His dealings with us as buyers have been exceptionally open and fair - he has kept the process moving along swiftly and obtained an excellent outcome for both us and the vendor, without gimmicks or tricks. Highly recommended.

GoogleSiyar and the wider KFH team have been fantastic every step of the way, helping us to land our dream flat and ensuring that got settled in! We could not recommend them enough!

GoogleI don't usually right reviews, however my experience with estate agents has generally has been bad, but KFH and Callum Maslen in particular has changed all that. A company that cares, knows what I want and only rings me up when he has something that is a good fit. Highly recommend KFH, a pleasure to deal with. Sally.

GoogleRamsey & Charlie worked hard to find us our dream home... they have gone over and above what we expected from an agent and we can't recommend them highly enough. If I could, I would give more than 5 stars!! Thank you both...PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleKFH is one agency to be avoided. Horrible rude arrogant and greedy. Once they have the money they are not interested in anything further.

GoogleIn all the agents we have used over our time in London, the ladies at the Chiswick branch of KFH have by far been the easiest to deal with and most efficient. As a woman, it was referencing to deal with an all female team as opposed to other agencies that seem to be male dominated.

GoogleKFH Chiswick and Harry Adams have been outstanding during the sale of my flat on the Glebe Estate. Nothing was too much trouble for Harry and he answered all of my many questions, promptly and politely. I have no hesitation in recommending KFH Chiswick to any prospective sellers or buyers. Five stars to you Harry.

GoogleReally pleased with our experience with KFH and specifically Charlie. He worked really hard to get us our offer despite it being a tricky time to sell (during the pandemic) and get the sale over the line. We’d definitely recommend KFH off the back of our experience.

GoogleI have just sold my house in Chiswick using the team at KFH. They did an excellent job, moving quickly, being pragmatic, managing a tricky transaction ... all in a difficult market, during lockdown. I would thoroughly recommend KFH to anybody thinking of selling!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleSeriously, avoid KFH at all costs. They charge you a ridiculous admin fee. Unprofessional, unreliable, and untrustworthy estate agency !!

GoogleA great service from start to finish. Charles worked very hard to secure us a buyer at a great price and continued to keep things moving and keep us informed all the way to exchange and completion. Would definitely recommend and use again.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleI was initially unimpressed by the way KFH dealt with my flat sale and the lack of support I got but luckily Julian secured a sale and was the best agent I could ask for to hold my hand during the process. Professional, responsive and knowledgable. Many thanks for your help.

GoogleHad a really good experience with Charlotte who helped us navigate the process of purchasing our first home.

GoogleI recently purchased a property through KFH, they did a great job of managing the process from beginning to end, recommending a great solicitor and mortgage broker. All the staff at KFH are friendly, helpful and knowledgable. I definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy in the Chiswick area.
