GoogleWe were shown a number of properties by Matthew Keddo based on our requirements, several of which we seriously considered and one we ended up purchasing. Throughout the process he was very helpful in answering our questions and dealing with incompetent solicitors and we were very pleased with the work done by him and KFH as a whole.

Good reactivity with paperworks and questions, regular checkings about our property research by phone or email. Also KFH get in touch with you when a new property might match your requirements. Will use their service again in the future!

GoogleWe've had quite a search and have been in contact with many estate agents over the past couple of months. KFH Southfields, and Rosie in particular have been by far the best to deal with; they are not slimy or pushy and take on board the client's wishes and comments. We were able to deal with them honestly and professionally.

GoogleKinleigh Folkard & Hayward Southfields Estate Agents are a good company to look for places to rent with. We had the best estate agent called Keith. He was extremely professional, very timely in our communications and great at showing us around places.
