Laura Thompson, our agent, managed to source a reliable buyer for us within a couple of days of the property being listed and we achieved a good price for the property. She managed both sides well and was very professional. If you can stomach estate agent fees then KFH are a good choice.PositiveProfessionalism

It was not an easy process as getting information from the freeholder was difficult but Laura remained pro-active and ensured we were always up to date. She relentlessly chased busy solicitors to ensure the deal crossed the line. Wouldn't hesitate to work with her again.

As we knew we were in capable hands, Matthew worked tirelessly with our mortgage broker and solicitor to get a very speedy sale. All this despite the challenging landscape of there being a very tight stamp duty deadline.

GoogleVery good experience as tenants! My flat mates and I really appreciated the professionalism of their estate agents. Good reactivity with paperworks and questions, regular checkings about our property research by phone or email. Also KFH get in touch with you when a new property might match your requirements. Will use their service again in the future!
