GoogleWe just moved to our new flat recently and used KFH for the move, the team and our agent, Howard, we’re brilliant. Howard was very helpful throughout the process. He was very punctual, responsive and always available whatever the issue. We were very happy with the service and would use KFH again.

GoogleA very positive experience of renting through KFH. Rosie was continually helpful through every step of the move. Electronic documents meant the rental process very efficient and convenient. GoogleHonestly one of the worst, most unhelpful agencies I've ever had to deal with. No regard for tenants what so ever. Very much a 'get the cash and go approach' with their bias strongly positioned towards that of the landlord. Myself and my flat mate rented with KFH for around a year. Paid rent on time and looked after the property as if it was our own only to be hit with a deposit deduction of £2k. After a long wait, and series of unhelpful phone calls, we were forced to go to dispute. Thank god the deposit was protected!! Actively avoid Roman Radaev!! He won't help you with anything.

GoogleCannot say much about KFH as we did not end up renting with them but I need to give a 5 stars review to Dorota Trybala the agent that has assisted my partner and I with our flat hunting: she has been extremely kind, professional, punctual and flexible to accommodate our requests. Compared to the competitors she is absolutely spot on in terms of skills and attitude. It has been a real pleasure to deal with her and because of this experience we will go back to KFH if we need to look for another flat in the future. Great professional.

GoogleWe recently sold our house via Tom Roper and honestly wouldn’t have considered selling through anyone else. He made the whole thing go as smoothly as selling a house can go - despite bumps in the road along the chain - and was incredibly communicative, coming up with creative solutions and of course is a lovely person to deal with. We actually bought the house through him originally and always knew we would sell via him as had such a good experience on the other side of it too. 100% recommend.

GoogleWe have recently purchased our first home with KFH, and they have made it a really positive and easy process - specifically our estate agent Ryan who I couldn't recommend more! He has been incredibly supportive, responsive to emails and on hand to advise - the definition of going above and beyond. Even when viewing properties, he was the right balance of informative and giving us space to look around on our own. He was also very open and honest when places we wanted to view would not be suitable, whether that be price or size or location, which was really appreciated, saved us a lot time and meant finding our place happened a lot quicker. Buying a house is an incredibly stressful process, and we couldn't have asked for a better person to support us through it.
