GoogleWe couldn't fault Martin at KFH. He was most patient with us when we had to pull out of the first sale and went out of his way to made sure that we found what we were searching for. At the same time he chivvied us along and was always available for all small questions - Martin is a great asset to the Earlsfield office.

He was quick to respond to any questions, patient to explain the process to us and supportive and proactive in working with our lawyers and morgage provider to make sure the sale happened at a time convenient to both the sellers and ourselves. He played a big part in making the process of buying a house seem easy.

GoogleI met with KFH's mortgage adviser, Chet Patel, to arrange my mortgage. Chet was very thorough when it came to reviewing my situation and suggesting the best mortgage for me. Chet is approachable and extremely knowledgeable on mortgages. His assistant Heather also kept me updated on progress once the application had been submitted. Overall I was very happy with the professional service provided.

She has been amazing from start to finish and, although we ended up finding a property with another agency, I can't thank her enough for the time and thought she put in to finding us the right property. It's our first time renting in London, so we came with a bunch of questions but she never once made it seem like we were too much trouble. I will definitely be recommending KFH and looking to use them in the future.

GoogleGave us an appointment for a specific time and we ended up being on an open day, having to wait more than 15 minutes just to view the flat. We made an offer and filled up a form where they asked all your personal information even regarding place we live in and family status, and then they don't even bother to get back to you to give you an update.

Natalia and her term were charming, friendly and helpful to me during my search and were utterly professional throughout the sale process. It was straightforward process and the team have even been in touch months after the purchase as they were sent a spare key and wanted to know how to get it to us! I thought this was a lovely touch.

GoogleNot the best experience with them when I was searching for my first property. I had a budget of £450k and I was treated as someone poor. My partner and I were told we were put on their list to be let known of new properties that become available and some time later, we still haven’t received a single email. I went in there once and refused to go back as I was looked up and down like a peasant and was pretty much stared down out of there. I guess they only help people who can afford properties of £600k and above.
