Tim was very helpful & professional from the start and his team, especially Charles who managed our sale were able to get us a buyer within 2 weeks of us hiring them. We came to Tim after mistakenly going with another agent initially who failed to get us a solid buyer after a few months which meant that we could have lost the house we really wanted had it not been for Tim and his team.
