I had the best experience with my move and I’m deliriously happy with my new flat! The agency was very helpful and especially Fatma Kemal who initially contacted me about the flat and was the negotiator who helped me during this stressful procedure. She responded quickly to all my emails and she gave me guidance as it was the first time I rented an entire flat. I feel so grateful to Fatma and thank her loads. We used KFH, Robert Hamlyn was our estate agent, for the recent sale of our flat. It was a difficult process to go through, but every time we hit a problem, Robert helped us carefully work through it. He was patient, helpful and knowledgeable. We also used a KFH recommended solicitor, Lisa Noble from Comptons. She was also excellent, with good communication and incredibly helpful, especially when things didn't go as smoothly as planned, as if often the case when selling a flat.

This team are the real deal. Professional from start to finish. In this tricky market our house was sold in a couple of months. The team always kept us updated and provided honest feedback. They also showed amazing sensitivity around my personal situation. Barrington is straight up honest, sincere and really personable person. Jayden also ultra professional and just an all round excellent agent. In fact whenever I called the office anyone who answered the phone always had time to ask how I was and was able to help. I wish other estate agents would take a leaf out of their books. The estate agent business is not just about buying and selling houses, it's about building relationships, and KFH do this brilliantly. I can highly recommend Kfh in Crouch End and particularly David Davoli who was my main point of contact there. I had an extremely stressful experience of moving as I was selling 2 properties up in Edinburgh and moving back to London. David showed me several flats in Crouch End but there were problems with the first one I offered on because of subsidence and with the second due to the chain breaking down. Finally after 8 months I offered on a third flat through Kfh and David was tireless in chasing everything and making sure it led to a successful outcome. He was friendly, efficient and professional throughout as were the whole team. They managed to make a stressful time tolerable and I would certainly recommend them.

Absolutely Appalling. I would strongly advise anyone thinking of using this agency to reconsider. The agent who was in charge of our letting was James. When showing us round he promised many things such as the re-grouting of a bathroom and a professional clean before we moved in. After you have paid he completely denies he ever said these things and says you agreed to the flat ‘As seen’. A phrase which he so rigidly stuck to we expect to move in with him in the lounge as this was technically ‘As seen’. When we were handed the sets of keys, some of which did not even work, we went to take a look at the flat. The professional clean had undoubtedly never happened. There was half eaten food in the fridge, rubbish under the beds and even ash in the ashtrays. Also despite insisting the flat was ‘As seen’ some of the nicer items of furniture had been removed. When we tried to ring James explaining this, coincidentally for the next few days whenever we rang we would be told ‘he is out on a viewing’, ‘he is out the back’, ‘he has just had to dash out of the office’ and our favourite - ‘he is on the toilet’. None of us have been able to get through to him despite calling on so many various occasions. Seeing as James had apparently disappeared of the face of the earth the only suggestion they had was to call the landlady directly. Which makes you wonder what on earth the extortionate agency fees you pay are for, when I asked this I was informed that they do not manage the properties so I genuinely am at a loss as to what that charge is for. The service was terrible, the communication with our agent close to non-existent. I cannot stress how much we would advise against using these agents for lettings.

Most importantly for me - they're honest & trustworthy. Don't be fooled by Purple Bricks & all them online sites... A good estate agent is worth every penny if you pick the right one. KFH fees are fair & competitive too. Have worked with David & Andy - but actually met a few of the others & all seem top lads. Would 100% recommend to any buyers/sellers.
