GoogleWe had a great experience buying our first flat with JTM Homes. Amy was absolutely brilliant throughout the process, she is so knowledgeable and approachable and did a brilliant job of helping us throughout the process. There were a few complications during the purchase, which (especially as first time buyers) were very stressful, and she was always on hand to advise and reassure us, communicate with the rest of the chain, and keep things moving forwards. I really don't know what we would have done without her! Thanks so much, we are delighted with our flat :)

GoogleI love JTM Homes and highly recommend. I bought my flat through them back in 2009 and have rented through them throughout the years and now have sold through them 12 years later. Jason, Amy, Ruby and Charlie are always lovely to chat to and are a great team. Professional, responsive and supportive. If I had any emergencies when renting they had someone round in a flash to sort things out. When there was a hold up with solicitors when selling my flat, Amy went above and beyond to push things forward. 5 stars!

GoogleI cannot recommend the agents at JTM Homes strongly enough - they provide a professional but human service and were incredibly supportive throughout my purchasing journey. My solicitors went AWOL and Amy from JTM spent countless hours chasing them on my behalf, escalating the issue up the firm; and managing the expectations of the rest of the chain to keep them onside. I felt at any stage that I could call and would be either given support or advice which was invaluable, particularly as a first time buyer. Particular thanks to Amy Barrow, without whom I don't think the purchase would have gone ahead.

GoogleI have been looking for flat for so long and couldn’t find anything until I meet Ruby. She is professional and so patient with us for my engish isn’t good enough, she works paperwork really quick , i’m so happy . And after all. Finally i got my new place to stay. To compare with another agency. Oh wow. Can’t describe because it was so horrible. But Ruby is different. She is amazing. Im highly recommend Jtm to anyone that wants to look for new home. GoogleThe team at JTM have managed our property for 9 years. During that time we have had many issues that required in person review and resolution, this was difficult for us with the distance between us and the property. The team were there in person to sort out any problems whether it was building structure or tenant relations. The extra time they have put in and the sensitivity with which they handled certain relationships has been amazing. Particular thanks go to Priya, Ruby and Jason for their ‘going extra mile’ attitude. When we decided to sell up they found a buyer and facilitated the process all the way through to the flat clearance. We cannot recommend this company highly enough!

GoogleI can't praise highly enough Jason and his team at JTM. Because I had experienced such a professional and efficient service some years earlier when I bought my home from Jason, I subsequently instructed JTM to also sell my property. It sold within a matter of weeks, and I was kept fully informed of the process every step of the way up to completion of sale. Nothing was too much trouble for them. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with this outstanding estate agent from start to finish, and so I would greatly recommend JTM to others.

GoogleNo agency is perfect and they can't always get it right, but JTM are honest, genuine and reliable people. I rented with them for almost 3 years in Archway, close to Camden, and every single time I had a problem they were super helpful, particularly Katie and Ambra. They were both incredibly professional. I was never charged or treated unfairly. I would definitely use them again. I'm with JS Estates at the moment in Harrow and they are an absolute nightmare.

GoogleJason and the team at JTM Homes are excellent. We bought our first flat in London in 2006 through JTM Homes and had a fantastic experience. As a result, we retained them for the sales of flats in 2011, 2016 and 2018 as well as using their fully managed service for landlords. I cannot recommend Jason and his team highly enough. They kept me informed on a regular basis, be it for the sale of the flats or the day to day management of the rental property. Whenever we encountered an issue, they were able to propose a solution and if we ever needed to them to go the extra yard, they were only too happy to do so. Jason and his team are reliable and knowledgeable and I would use them again without any hesitation.

GoogleI have used JTM homes twice now, once when I bought my house and then 15 years on they sold it for me. Jason and his team are very responsive and you get a personal service from JTM as its a smaller company. They know the area really well and can give good advice. I had two asking price offers in a short space of time and the sale went through smoothly. Would highly recommend them.

GoogleSimply put, JTM Homes are excellent at what they do. They made everything clear, simple and turned the complex business of selling into easy to understand steps. I can’t thank Amy Barrow enough for taking the stress out of the process. Supported by Jason Dyer, they are both clearly very good at what they do. I felt that both of them really cared about the whole process and you really couldn’t be in better hands.
