GoogleI live in a building across this John&Co office which they oversee and every time I have call an admin picks up saying all agents are either unable or out on property viewings. They say they will return call the same day and they don’t follow through. They cannot even provide emails or phones to contact the agents. Its very frustrating because the admin makes it impossible to contact them and meanwhile I still left with a leasing problem I need to resolve quite urgent. The admin Harriet says that is the only office that can help with my issue and doesn’t provide any solution of who can I call, or email. Very incompetent and professionally lacking.

GoogleWe are renting a property that is fully managed by John's and Co. for a few years now and we have to say they have been amazing all throughout. Any issues we face is dealt with quickly and diligently. The staff are knowledgeable and go above and beyond. My most recent contact was with Robert Pearson who went above and beyond at fixing some of the issues of the flat we rent. Thanks once again for the great service!

GoogleTwo days ago, I visited my two apartments at London City Island for the first time since I bought them. I was pleased with the management services, the quality of the building and the overall environment. I wanted to specailly mention Ms Charlotte Moore, the Property Manager who was extremely helpful to take me around the building. I have been communicating with Charlotte through emials in the last two year and she has always been prompt to respond and solve my problems. Thank you!
