I left John's & Co. more than a year because a) your company could not get me a tenant for my apartment and b) your company wanted to raise the letting fee without letting me know in advance. Ryan's changed everything. He was willing to approach me and showed me some realistic indications on the market rental price. He gave me the confidence that he could deliver and he negotiated with me a reasonable deal without extra nonsense like your company used to. Once we agreed, he helped me to secure my ideal tenant in just three days. At the moment, I need to make sure he and his team (Gytis and Helena) can deliver the rental payment to me once the lease kicks in officially.Ryan did help gaining my confidence back on John's & Co. Just keep my fingers crossed.

We have not gone through a proper welcoming in the new flat, entering without even knowing where to look for Meter readings, bin or any other sort of information about the building. We entered the flat and it was completely dirty although it has been claimed that professional cleaning has been done. Absolutely a poor experience.
