When I first moved into my flat, I had not been receiving much support, even when I would call or email multiple times. The new managing agent, Lara Robson, has however turned my support experience completely around. Lara is responsive and supportive as much as possible, which has helped me feel much less alone in dealing with problems with my flat. She has also allowed me to reinstate trust that I can receive help with the issues I deal with in my flat. I'm very thankful for her dedication and patience.

One of the best experience since I move to UK

Sam Orme is the best agent I’ve ever met in the past 6 years in London. Hot water issue

We recently moved into the flat and the hot water stopped working after 24 hours. I logged a ticket and this was responded to within the same day. Princess has been super attentive and tracked the ticket to completion, she checked in with me everyday and chased the contractor. She also spoke with the landlord and gained approval within a timely manner. I cannot recommend enough as my experience with other agencies tends to be myself chasing them to complete maintenance whereas Princess reached out and checked in with me to make sure it was moving along.

Sam and Amy

Sam and Amy were both great, efficient and super supportive during my search for an apartment and the rental process. Sam was flexible around my work schedule to help with viewings. He would touch base with me and send reminders during different points of the process which I really appreciated. He was able to answer all my questions especially about the referencing process and payment options . He clearly has a wealth of knowledge of the area and the surrounding apartment buildings which helped me in my decision making process. Amy has been on the ball with ensuring the referencing and tenancy agreement process went smoothly. She also updated me when the rental payments had been received and has kept me informed throughout with regular emails.Thank you for making this a smooth process and doing the chasing/hard work so I didn’t have to deal that stress!!
