GoogleDealt with Ryan at the Royal Wharf branch. Viewed an apartment after work and had a provisional offer accepted by the end of the night. He also helped get a discount and was helpful throughout the process. Very pleased with the service. Daisy, the property manager, has also been extremely helpful during the tenancy.

GoogleJohn's&Co have a responsive, helpful and fast-moving team. Unlike many estate agents we have worked with in the past, Johns&Co's team at Royal Wharf was driven to find solutions and make recommendations throughout the entire letting process. We were able to rely on their competent staff, especially Leigh Farthing throughout the whole leasing process.

Our property manager, Lauren, was kind and openly communicated with us. During our tenancy and checkout, Lauren informed us of what needed to be done and what was required from us. Our checkout was close to the holiday period, but Lauren still ensured that we adhered to what was expected from us. This ensure a smooth handing over, and Lauren, again was exceptional in explaining details until the very end.
