Very caring service from all the staff in the whole process of renting. Ben McCabe and Amir Khalil take good care of everything about the property and offered me patient and kind help. The customer service is great. Short advice: offer direct service and links to pay the bills so it would be convenient for the tenant.

Currently looking for a flat in embassy gardens where most of the flats are with these guys but the people who work there are so arrogant! A flat i was really interested in, they said they would arrange a viewing and then nothing, don't even bother replying back half the time. This has happened to me more than once with these guys. That's why estate agents get a bad name due to this kind of behaviour!

GoogleVery aggressive culture , estate agent constantly harassing me and pressuring prospective tenants to sign contracts,a lot of verbal manipulation, as soon as you sign they abandon u. when asked details they became very irritated, impatient and rude. Honestly the office needs to calm down and take a chill pill. They have some good properties however I would not choose them just purely for the poor level customer service.
