Candice Chan and her team have been very instrumental in helping me to rent out my unit. Especially given the fact that the last tenant had been away until the very last minute, her team was only given a short window of time to help me to secure the new tenant. Once the tenant was found, they were able to help me to process the relevant documents seamlessly. The turnaround was fast that I was able to lock in the new tenant in two days. In all, my experience has been great with her team.
