Max from St John’s office near Canning Town station is the best estate agent I’ve dealt with. Patient, honest and an all round great guy. Max has been extremely helpful during my property search. I have even spoken about other properties and areas that are not in his patch and he has been super responsive and helpful. If you’re a first time buyer I highly recommend connecting with Max especially if fairly new to the area.

Have been renting from John’s and Co for the last eight years that I’ve been in London and Sam has been the best agent ever when it comes to helping me sort out and find a flat and . He really cares and helps find the best deal every single time . even when I’ve had other issues whether it was with a person taking care of my flat or renewing a contract he’s always made sure to participate in making sure that it was as efficient and as stress for me as possible . Every appartement I’ve lived in was found by him and he is very easy to join anytime. He is super helpful and very understanding of your needs and tries his best to make your experience as easy as possible. He is super friendly and makes the process so easy as some agents tend to give up or not care if you’re not interested in the initial property they’ve shown, or the most expensive . Currently looking for my next home with him !

Paris was very professional and did a nice job adjudicating a plumbing issue we had with our kitchen washer. The washer was failing to properly drain water during washing cycles. After talking through the issue with Paris, a contracted plumber arrived with reasonable speed and fixed the issue quickly.

Our experience with finding and getting setup with our rental property was really professional and everyone we spoke to was super friendly and responsive (Anthony, Amy, Marwa). Even when we had a few complications with the referencing side of things Amy went above and beyond to help us find a solution which we greatly appreciate! Compared to other tenancies I've been in, this has definitely been the most well guided and sophisticated experience and I'd definitely recommend to anyone else.

We had some repairs to be done but he promptly took full ownership of those issues and was very responsive in addressing and resolving them. He also followed up diligently with the contractors and us to ensure timely completion of works.Additionally, Ade helped discuss few critical matters with the landlord, demonstrating the trust landlords place in him. His efforts made the entire process very smooth.

Spyros is my house manager. After moving into this my new flat, I did encounter some unexpected problems. Some of these issues have caused me considerable confusion, and I once thought that these issues may not be fully resolved. Fortunately, Spyros began to be responsible for the maintenance services of my flat, and his excellent communication skills and strong sense of responsibility helped me successfully solve all the problems I encountered. In addition, he also frequently communicates with clients and asks if there are any issues that need help recently, which makes me feel very reassured! Overall, it is highly recommended that Spyros, as an excellent staff member, can also become your house manager!

My experience with John & Co was great! Bethel Gamma and her team have worked hard and carefully to ensure that the contracts have been executed perfectly for several years in a row, and that any problems encountered during the execution of the contract have been followed up and resolved in a timely and efficient manner. The rent was collected on time and the new contract has been renewed. I don't live in London and I feel very satisfied entrusting my flat to John & Co.
