I had a very pleasant experience with John; they were very fast and responsive. Moving can be hard and stressful, so have someone who can ask you the most smallest questions too is the best relief. Also, I felt safe in the process. I had Sarah Ferreira and she was always helpful and made the experience better overall.

TrustpilotDestini-Rikki changed my view to…
Destini-Rikki changed my view to letting agents, which group usually disappear right after letting deal is done. They indeed provided good service even after trade. Specified clear department / team for each sides of after-trade service. I sincerely wish such group can grow into a large company. Let’s see what they would do when move-out!
Hi Tianhao,We’re thrilled to have exceeded your expectations. Destini-Rikki appreciates the positive feedback on her dedication. Thank you for your well wishes and we hope you enjoy your new apartment!

TrustpilotGreat people
Like all things in life, the experience you have is dependent on the people you encounter as part of it.Initially there were issues because the first person we had as a contact was preparing for her next post, but everyone else has been super helpful and ready to resolve issues.Where possible get familiar with their app. it does work and it is the best way to communicate with the team.
Thank you for taking the time to leave us this review. We appreciate your feedback; we will make sure to pass this on. Wishing you all the best for the rest of 2023!
