We are so thrilled and happy about our move in and the quality of the flat not to mention the surprise that there is a dishwasher (didn't expect that). Your company really did a good job in preparing the house for us. Especially Natalia and Phillip were very helpfull and efficient in the whole process from the first call to the final signatures - so both thumbs up and a big smile to you! We sold our house recently and then rented via John D. Wood while we continue our property search. In particular I would single out Derek and Euan's local market knowledge, which was the basis for a successful pricing strategy, and their and Kay's sympathetic management of both our and our buyer's expectations, which resulted in a successful completion to the timescale agreed at the outset. On the buy side Emma has been energetic and while we haven't been able to find what we want, it hasn't been for lack of trying. In terms of the rental side we have also had good service from Philip and Rachel and the property we're now occupying is a delight.

If I could give zero I will! Awful experience starting from when they gave me the keys and then literally disappeared! Then the inventory was totally different from what I found in the house and when I contacted them they said contact the landlord we can’t do anything! Glad that the landlord was cooperative. Now after leaving the house it took them 10 days to send me the inventory checkout and I called them everyday and they gave a different story every day! Now I have been chasing the deposit for 1 month! Literally awful experience, avoid at any cost.

They are professional, efficient, have integrity and are lovely people to deal with and always keep you informed up to the minute. RUN AWAY FROM THEM!

RUN AWAY FROM THEM!I have lived in many flats in London and never have I experienced such a terrible process. First of all, we wrote down a formal offer with 1 only requirement. After our offer was accepted and we payed one week worth of rent to secure the place, they tell us that specific requirement cannot be met. They took almost 3 weeks to make the landlord sign our contract, and it was voided TWICE so we had to re-sign the contract 3 times in total as they kept adding clauses to it. During the move in, we realise the flat had not been cleaned (and the contract stated everything had to be professionally cleaned, even curtains and sofas.....) but the flat was in an appalling state really. We asked for it to be cleaned again and we are still waiting..... Not to say that we are still waiting for the landlord to pay the inventory. The people in this agency are very rude and will treat you bad. One advice, never use this agency!!!
