GoogleThe service I received from Damien Saunders at the Fulham branch was top rate. Explanations of details were clear, upfront and honest about fees etc and provided the perfect level/balance of assistance by always being at the end of the phone, without being pushy. By far the best experience I've had from a lettings agent.

GoogleDealt with a man named Damien Saunders and whilst we didnt let with Faron Sutaria, I just wanted to let them know that he was professional, courteous and genuinely wanted to help. Offering me new places and giving a proper view on questions I asked him. Thank you for your help, great agent.

Disappointed with the customer service from J.D.Wood when things don't go well they won't help. Also their renewals dept is not good and their accounts dept is not well organised at present.Could do a lot better.
