Hi Sara, it's of course really difficult for us when we present an offer to a Landlord (and they yearn for a higher level of peace of mind concerning the reference process than I recall you were prepared to give). We are then very much stuck in the middle on this. However, I thought you were a very nice person to deal with and I am really sorry we could not seek agreement on the Kensington High Street apartment you wanted. If you could find it within your heart to reverse this 1 star review at some point I would really appreciate it, as I do feel its unfair. Please feel free to get in contact with me. You have my direct number. Its always good to chat. I wish you all the very best. Kind Regards, Jay (Director).
