GoogleI've used Jeremy Jacob Lettings several times now, and can't say enough good things. Jay's knowledge of West London is amazing. And his understanding of the rental market, both for landlords and tenants, is unparalleled. When I needed to move, he immediately understood what we were looking for, and zeroed in on properties that fit the bill. When we found the right one, he identified that the price was flexible and got us a great deal. And when we last needed to find new tenants, Jay found lovely people in a very short time. When your new renters comment on an estate agent being friendly and easy-to-deal-with, you know you have a winner!

GoogleI Recently dealt with Safar from this agency, her level of professionalism surprised me! because while i was on the list of 8 other agencies, she was the only one who was constantly available to answer questions, update the feedback about the viewings, kept up with my change of minds about the properties AMAZINGLY! it took me 4 days from first viewing to referencing, signing the contract and moving in. i wish we could see more of such agents in the real estate field.

GoogleI can't describe the wonderful experience I had with this company. They were so patient because I don't speak English well. They sat down with me and took great care of me, listening and trying to answer all my questions. With their help, I was able to find the house I wanted at a good price. GoogleHorrendous experience. I have never had to write a bad review for any company until I had to deal with jermey Jacob. They have complicated the whole process, been diliberately misleading and destroyed the initial excitement I had in securing a property. I do not feel they have my best interests at haart, despite the fact I have paid everything upfront on the same day. Jay would always make is complicated and keeps changing the teams of the contact asking you to pay 6 months in advance then drop it to 3 months in advance, I would not recommend jermey javob to family, friends, associates or enemies. That’s how strongly I feel about how I have been mistreated by them.
Hey Hassan, I am a tad surprised that you have chosen to say these harmful things on google about us. We can only do as much as we can. The Landlord accepted your offer subject to contract and references and you were keen to pay all of your moving in monies on that day, when knowing that we still needed to take references on you. I had expressed to you at the time that this was impressive and proactive behavior that we appreciated (which showed good positive ingredients of a good tenant in the making). However, the references that had been provided from you were limiting for the Landlord and just not quite acceptable enough for the Landlord to proceed. I don’t see why we should be penalised by a bad review from you for this. We did suggest ways around this, so that we could make things work - (therefore suggesting if you could pay the rent 3 months or 6 months in advance). You were not prepared to accept this and therefore by the Landlord not accepting your references and you no longer wanting to pursue a successful outcome, we returned all of your moving-in monies. Some agencies in this instance would have insisted on a cost from you for time expended on references. We did never did this and we returned all of your moving in monies promptly. These monies were held in our client account and were protected inline with ARLA, NALS and SAFE AGENT best practise. I do remember you qualifying with us when you made your offer that you wanted to be sure if we conducted our references in-house or we instead out sourced to a credit check organisation (many agents of course do this). I mention this as I see that you have given FCC Paragon (a large professional credit check company) a 1 star review and this suggests that you have possibly struggled with producing satisfactory references for credit agencies in the past. I hope you found a nice property for yourself all okay in the end Hassan. Human to human I thought you were a warm and friendly person and therefore I do think this online stance that you have taken against us is just a little out of character. If you would ever like to have a coffee sometime to talk about it, I believe things like this can be resolved much better through face to face conversation. All the best. We called him to let him know and returned the money. He apologised with me that he made the bad review at the time - feeling hot headed and that he held no bad feeling towards us. He thanked us for being so honest and we arranged the return of this money. He said that he would remove this google review. However sadly he has not. If Google were to take this into consideration and consider removing this review - this would obviously be appreciated.

Hi A and B, aka Sheepfluent, The challenge that we faced from the outset was that you viewed a property with our agency and then offered on the property with another agency (whom you had not met). The Landlord found this concerning and odd behaviour. It did unfortunately compromise your candidacy from the outset. However, once we settled down - we did try to make it work with you - and proceeded to conduct a reference process with you. You were unable to provide sufficient information. It unfortunately lacked in transparency and aided towards the Landlord's initial concerns from the outset. If it means that we are to collect a bad review in order to protect our Landlords against a risky or a combative Tenant profile - then we are learning unfortunately it sometimes is the way. We pride ourselves on not only providing great Tenants, but really nice personality Tenants too. Kind Regards, Jay (Director)

GoogleIt had been an excellent experience with this letting agency, especially with Jay White. We had lived at one of the properties managed by him for over 3 years and he provided prompt support on any issues that occurred during this tenure. Super friendly and delightful to work with and always looking to provided the best experience for his tenants. We actually had quite a few big repair and maintenance issues. Jay attended to those very diligently and also managed our communication with the landlord very effectively. Our experience with them has been nothing short of amazing and I would with no hesitation recommend them to anyone looking for an apartment.
