GoogleIt had been an excellent experience with this letting agency, especially with Jay White. We had lived at one of the properties managed by him for over 3 years and he provided prompt support on any issues that occurred during this tenure. Super friendly and delightful to work with and always looking to provided the best experience for his tenants. We actually had quite a few big repair and maintenance issues. Jay attended to those very diligently and also managed our communication with the landlord very effectively. Our experience with them has been nothing short of amazing and I would with no hesitation recommend them to anyone looking for an apartment.

GoogleI recommend an excellent agency, good guys, I negotiated with them when I was still in Russia, they organized everything perfectly so that I could travel and see the apartments I liked in good areas in ONE day. It’s good that I found them, otherwise there are so many scammers in London when friends gave money for just looking at an apartment. And with these, everything is honest! And when I called, once a girl there even answered me in Russian, and she explained the location of the apartments well and even ordered a taxi, otherwise I got lost. So they think about comfort too It would be easier for Russian speakers.

GoogleExcellent service, very friendly, professional, and most importantly honest and with integrity, which is more that I can say about the other high street letting firms who are deceitful, unethical. We dealt with Mr Jay White. We would highly recommend them, both to prospective tenants, and landlords alike.

GoogleI used Jay from Jeremy Jacob to rent my flat on Kensington Court after being frustrated with some of the larger high street brands. The experience was seamless. Quick let and a lovely tenant that always pays their rent on time. Thank you very much for the service.
