GoogleLettings consultant Kerry Dunmall demonstrated excellent customer service during our search, closely following up but never "ovedroing" it, she was able to provide alternatives when we asked for more. Although we picked a property in a different area and dealt with many different agents from various companies, Kerry was a star.

GoogleWe are in the process of buying a flat sold by Jacksons and have been very impressed with Jacksons and Harry. The firm was very professional at the viewing stage - not at all pushy and they showed us similar flats in the same bracket to the one we booked (rather than taking us to properties that clearly weren’t an option). Since our offer was accepted Harry has kept us posted on progress throughout and is very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

GoogleIn such a competitive and stressful renting market, Jackson’s made it feel completely stress free. They really stood out from the other estate agent companies because they actually DID call me back with new properties! I have to credit our wonderful experience to Paige Williams.. she always called us back when she said she would (which is not always the case elsewhere), and even called us to let us know of a last minute viewing that had become available for a property that was previously fully booked. I got regular emails from her on new properties that matched what we were looking for and she sent us offer forms in advance if she was going to be off for the weekend so that we could make an offer without having to wait till Monday. Her customer service skills were fantastic, she was really friendly and able to answer all my questions on the phone. The service that Paige, and her colleagues provided was the gold standard of what estate agency should be! Thank you so much for everything.

GoogleI used Jacksons to sell my 2 bedroom flat. I chose Jacksons Earlsfield as they had good knowledge of the area and had recently sold a couple of similar properties on my road. I was very satisfied with the service received which was a far superior experience compared to the previous agent I had used. Jacksons provided a very honest appraisal of the market and set clear expectations regarding the valuation of my property. The Jacksons Team was very attentive and professional, and generated a high volume of viewings that ultimately resulted in an offer close to asking price. The team was always available to quickly respond to my queries and I received regular updates and progress reports throughout the selling process. I have no hesitation in recommending Jacksons Earlsfield and cannot speak highly enough of the team that represented me, led by David, manager of the branch.

GoogleWe have just sold our flat through Jacksons and cannot recommend them highly enough. Joe and the Sales Team were responsive and always happy to help where possible during the viewings process. When it came to the sale process, our transaction was mangaed by Talvinder and her team. We could not have been more impressed with Tal - she understood the complexities of the transaction, but she was always available to offer her advice and execute our instructions to the letter.
