GoogleI highly recommend this agency! I have been dealing with Carl Jenkins who is my property manager. He is friendly and very professional! This estate agency is based in Angel! They are quick and efficient when it comes to dealing with any maintenance issues. Communication with them is easy which is difficult to find in that industry!

GoogleIslington Properties are incredible! I have been a tenant through them for three years and Liza and Carl have been so on the ball with all our needs. When we have needed things fixed in the house, this is done in a timely manner. I would highly recommend renting through them.

GoogleDefinitely recommend compared to other places on upper st that tried to convince us dud flats were great. Jake McHale helped us land a great flat at a great price right where we wanted in Barnsbury. Smooth process, great service and renewing lease was easy. Anything that needed fixing was no trouble.

Google❌⛔️❌⛔️❌ Islington Properties / London Block Management. Whatever they call themselves, they're a disgusting excuse for a business! You wont realise how poor they are until you've moved to a new managing agent. You have to beg for repairs to be actioned, they take an eternity to reply to emails. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!

GoogleI have tried to make contact with this company on several occasions over the past 2 months via phone calls and emails. I have even tried to contact them via Instagram messages and have used the onthemarket contact form, where they have properties advertised. They have ignored every single form of communication. I find this incredibly off-putting and disrespectful to potential clients. Unfortunately for them they have just lost a customer.
