GoogleStill in the process of setting up tenancy but thus far everything has been very smooth. Jake was very prompt in answering all my queries and kept me up-to-date in what can be a very stressful negotiation process. Has been completely opposite to a previously terrible experience with another agency - would recommend!

GoogleMe and my partner recently moved to new apartment in Islington that we rent through Islington Properties Ltd. It is a pleasure to work with them as they arranged viewing in a short notice, all agreements where done precise and in time. All our questions were made clear. And after moving in all was prepared as promised and in agreed time and when ever we need a an assistance we get support straight there. We need to say thanks to Jake and Carl. Happy to recommend!

GoogleIslington Properties is absolutely brilliant. I made an offer to lease a flat, but was told that the landlord already had an offer in place. Thankfully, Liza managed to negotiate with the landlord to secure our offer above others. Thank you Liza, and thank you Islington Properties.

GoogleWe recently moved to the UK from overseas and had a short time frame to find a flat. Jake was fantastic through the whole process and made sure we were able to move into the flat we found in time. He was also really great with getting minor issues with the new flat sorted out. I would highly recommend Islington Properties to anyone looking to lease a property in the area.

GoogleAlmost 2 years with a broken buzzer in the building and Islington Properties does nothing about it. An emergency exit broke in the garage as well, nothing has been done. Completely unprofessional company Update/Reply: Doesn't matter anymore, we changed to a different management company and all is good now.NegativeProfessionalism

GoogleMy experience of Islington Properties was terrible. They simply refused to take telephone calls. They refused to take telephone calls and written letters. The only time we would get a reply, was when the concierge contacted them directly. Even then, it was only 20% of cases, where they would get a reply. These guys are unprofessional and incompetent edit: I have seen the response from Islington Properties. I can assure you that Islington Properties do manage my property

GoogleJake was fantastic in helping me find the right property and making the tenancy administration very easy. So far, Jake and the team have been the best tenancy agents I've had since been in London for the past couple of years. Carl has been quick to respond as a property manager and has been quick to resolve any issues with my current flat.

GoogleIslington Properties and their Portfolio Director Ryan are the worst management company I have ever come across. They were managing a large block of flats at Melville Place and they were absolutely useless.
