As well as being very personable and happy to negotiate and advocate for tenants. Also so easy knowing they were down the road. Special shout out to Elona - always prompt with her email comms and efficiently managing all things rental.

My flatmate and I moved into Vertex House in August and it was a very smooth process right from the house viewing to securing the keys, thanks to Robert and Elona. They were also very accommodating to our requirements and were efficient with the entire referencing process. Carl (property manager) dealt with all the other enquiries (after moving in) promptly and got back to us in great detail. It has been a very pleasant experience overall.

Carl at Islington Properties has been managing the letting of my flat for the best part of a decade. He's done a great job and having a consistent point of contact has been amazing. For context we moved the management to Islington Properties from a national chain of agents which changed its property managers on what felt like a monthly basis. Carl is proactive and responsive, and if we hadn't sold the flat he'd likely be looking after it for another decade. We have recently sold the flat, again through Islington Properties. We approached some other local agents for quotes but had terrible service. By contrast, Robert was swift to respond and has been a supportive agent through what has been a rather protracted sales process (not his fault, just the usual hiccups often encountered when selling). Robert is an excellent communicator and I highly recommend him. Thank you both.

When I was putting up my property for sale I interviewed many estate agents but chose to go with Robert at Islington property. I had some hesitancy as they seem to be letting focused, but Robert did an amazing job with the sale of my property. He was quick to get the property to market and hired the best photographer. The communication with Robert through the process was smooth and constant. I was further impressed with his level of service as the transaction had some difficulties and Robert stayed on top of it and communicated with me constantly. Robert was also helpful with answering questions on my onward purchase despite the fact he was not involved in that transaction. Overall I really as extremely happy with Robert and the service/support he provided through the sale of my property.

Really impressed with the Agency and, in particular, Jake McHale. Jake was incredibly helpful and responsive and a real pleasure to deal with - nothing was too much trouble. Since moving in, we have had an issue that needed fixing and it was done within 2 days with no drama! Given the many agency nightmares you hear about, it's nice to deal with one where they actually seem to care about the renters!
