She was a total pro and handled a difficult job as were placing three high level actresses and a director into short term housing during the pandemic. Couldn't have hoped for a better outcome! Great service and prompt response It was a great help to have a detailed consultation with the gentle customer service. The first property wasn't ideal for me at the viewing, but she provided additional personalized suggestions. Above all, their response speed is very fast, such as replying to questions and arranging viewings on the day.

GoogleEvelina gave very helpful advise on renting my flat. I had a few offers in a couple of days and new tenant moved in to my house in ten days time. Whole process was fast and smooth. If you are a landlord and looking for a letting agent in Kensington, I would highly recommend Interlet. You will not regret it!

Absolutely awful agency. Soon after I moved in, major building began on the floor right below my flat. Incessant and horrible noise. Was not informed building works would happen before I moved in. Woke up one night to find water dripping from the lightbulb directly above - health and safety clearly not a priority. Flat poorly and incompetently managed. Really not recommended.

GoogleReally poor service they charge £130 for show you disgusting rooms. For Italians who decide to rely on this agency, don't pay in advance to look for a room, they don't have any, they don't even have photos to show you and if you have problems with the owner they don't care. The rooms I saw were expensive and unworkable dumps.

GoogleIt is better to avoid this greedy agent, all they want is money in advance and read it here but did not believe it until I get their office. They invited me for a ''talk'' and asked for deposit until they talk to the ''landlord'' to see if he is happy to have me in his property!

I used to live in a house managed by interlet for 15 months. They managed their house very well, and any issues were dealt with very quickly. Shivan in particular has stood as a manager who really understand great customer service. Definitely I recommend him and Interlet.
