We have had many ongoing issues since we took the unit on at Riverside Park, Middlesbrough since October 2021. The issues were from main shutter commended, front door shutter also an issue while we had ongoing farce with our electric meter along with various other issues where it seemed that our landlords 3rd party company where not listening to our concerns despite many phone calls, emails, WhatsApp message etc as it always seemed that it was down to us to sort out despite the issues we had inherited from the start with communication so poor that it felt like we could not resolve the issues to move forward (nobody was listening to our concerns). I must say since Simon Ross & Martin Cutler have come on board, it has been like a breath of fresh air as it seems that people are actually listening to our concerns & getting things done that is to our benefit & to theirs to keep all the warehouse units in tip-top condition now & for the future. Thank you, Simon & Martin, for the great customer services & listening to us after our very bad experience with your 3rd party company that were managing the sites that were not fit to run a bath never mind your business. I look forward to being your customer for many years to come, so, thanks again.
