GoogleI contacted Hunters Estate Agents - Stoke Newington, after unsuccessfully advertising my property for letting with a well-know high street agent for a period of 8 months, without securing a tenancy. After meeting Shah at Hunters Estate Agents, and after a number of positive viewings, the property was let within one week. The services provided by Hunters was always very professional, whilst always keeping the client updated on a regular basis. GoogleHunters did a great job finding the right tenants for my house. They listened to all my requests, were very helpful with practical issues such as finding an electrician, sorting out the EPC, etc and were always very pleasant to work with. I would particularly like to thank Cemal Ahmet and Shadot Miah for their help. I would definitely recommend them to prospective landlords looking for good tenants and speedy results.

GoogleI had to take them to court to get 8 months of rent paid to me. They collected the money ftom the tenants and then refused to pay the rent to me making up a list of excuses none of which were valid. I had to ask the tenants to pay the rent directly to me and then then threatened my tenants. I won at court. But you always lose as you pay costs. Don’t go to them for lettings or sales as they are run and owned by the same corrupt person Sam Sharif.NegativeQuality

GoogleOrganised a viewing and I called them 2 hours in advance and confirmed the viewing was going ahead. When I arrived no one turned up. I tried calling them but they ignored my calls. When I called the branch there was zero accountability and told me there was nothing they could do and refused to give me the details of the person responsible or any manager. Very unprofessional. GoogleI highly reccomend hunters. From start to finish Emma has been great. My plans to add an extention to my house went very smoothly from planing, ideas, to getting approval from the council. Was introduced to reliable contractors (no cowboys). the best thing is Emma is always there as a point of contact, so your not left alone after you have made payment.

GoogleCompletely unprofessional people. Left me waiting for 15 minutes in the rain to see a property, when they finally showed up they didn't have the right key, so I had to leave and it was all for nothing. Then the agent said he would call the landlady first thing in the morning and get back to me so I could see the flat, but they never called. I called them 4 times, no answer. Horrible service, avoid.

GoogleNot a single one wearing a mask. No attempt to be covid safe. And the irony of a sign on the door saying customers to wear a mask. Edited after response::Yes physical barriers were in place. I’m not up to scratch on commercial government guidance ... but surely a barrier between colleagues would be there to prevent them sharing a space and yet they were sharing these spaces created by these ‘barriers’.

GoogleWe bought a flat through Hunters, and very happy with the experience. Hunters, and Alex in particular kept us informed, and were very helpful throughout the process. Our purchase took longer as we still had to receive an offer on our flat beforehand, but Alex was great in working with us and then helping to provide information as the sale progressed., Very happy to recommend Hunters in the future.
