GoogleAlex has been great during the purchase of my flat. He was honest and helpful when showing me around the flat - not too pushy as some other agents had been, he's been really quick at responding to my questions and following up on queries to the seller, and he recommended a fantastic solicitor. Would highly recommend

Alex and the team were always quick to return calls and emails and were instrumental in keeping the process moving, despite Covid and Hackney Council system cyber attack. Very happy customers!

GoogleDue to the property going through probate and Covid restrictions everything was on go slow, dispite this I was receiving calls from the agents saying the buyers wanted to know what the delay was , even though their solicitors were fully aware of the issues. It became Extremely annoying being badgered by the agents clearly more interested in getting their commissions.
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. Your buyers were asking us for regular updates and as such we were liaising with yourself and your solicitor. GoogleReuben is extremely helpful. He's a straight up guy who clearly explains processes and procedures as you go along. He answers all questions and queries as quickly as you ask! He will go above and beyond to place you in the right property. Definitely ask for Reuben when you go to Hunters. A+

GoogleThey seem to be good on the surface and quickly respond to very simple things. However, whenever it becomes a tiny bit more complicated - nothing is taken care of. We have a leaking pipe on the outside of our property for 8 months. We let them know about this in the first couple weeks of our tenancy. Over 8 (eight) months it's been back and forth, and NOTHING about this leak has been fixed. Every time someone takes a shower in the bathroom, we have a shower in our conservatory due to two sequential leaks (pipe and a roof). They do send the workers, true, but only when there is no rain. And these are new workers every time, who look at it, scratch their heads and do nothing. You need to chase them every day, if you want to have anything done. They don't care about you, don't care about the property. The worst experience with the estate agents in my 12 years of renting.
