The team at Hunters were great. Brett and Daniel were, in my opinion, honest and tell you like it is, but they will also do their utmost to work on your behalf. Raymond was very friendly and did a great job at showing potential buyers the property. Sold my house and both the buyer and me were very happy - even when there were tensions, which the Hunters team navigated. Very proactive and have good marketing strategies. Definitely recommend.

Hunters Camberwell helped me find a flat when I was down for a short period flat hunting. Jesse was super flexible and came to meet me to a view a flat that had just come on the market earlier that day with about 2 hours notice, I put in an offer and he informed me it was accepted the next day. We worked with Hunters when buying our first home in Camberwell. Darren Vicary was our main point of contact and did a great job of keeping us informed of progress, especially in the final weeks as exchange and completion got closer. When we had some delays towards the end of the process, Darren did his very best to move things forward as quickly as possible and pushed the solicitors when required. When we received the keys and the seller had left a lot of his belongings behind, Darren very swiftly arranged for a company to come in the next day to get rid of everything we hadn’t asked for. It’s often said that estate agents only look after the seller but we didn’t feel like this with Darren and Hunters during our house purchase.

From expert marketing and arranging viewings, to ensuring the smooth running of the sales process up to and even after successful completion. Brett and his team showed a great deal of professionalism, always giving straight-talking fairness, taking into account the perspectives of both buyer and seller. The sale of my home came at a time of considerable personal challenge to me due to health problems. The patience and kindness shown by Brett and his team was literally priceless, and made everything so much easier than I could ever have achieved with any other agency I have ever worked with. I first encountered Hunters Camberwell, and Brett’s team, over a decade ago when I was looking for a property, then again recently when I came to sell it, as I have described above. I'm currently in the process of buying an apartment, and my agent is Shania from Hunters. She's made the whole process so much less stressful and daunting, then it might otherwise have been. I can sometimes (often!) get myself in a muddle, so it's been great to have someone like Shania to help me out. She's always there to answer my questions, offer her advice, and help me make the best decisions for my needs. Shania is also incredibly knowledgeable about the local area and the property market. She knows exactly what I'm looking for, and she's been able to find me a number of properties that I would never have found on my own. I’ve been letting with Hunters for a year now and I’m really thrilled with my overall experience. John has been excellent - quick, informative, helpful, calm, patient, fair and incredibly dedicated. Even with completely unexpected curveballs he’s been able to deal with them and advise me towards the best resolution swiftly and calmly. I was nervous about letting my home but it has been very stress free. I can confidently say that John, Kirstie and the rest of the team are very dedicated to both their clients AND their tenants - the latter isn’t something I feel can be said about all (or even most) agents. By far the best experience I've had selling a property. The team is small, committed and friendly, and offers a personalised, efficient service with proper actual care for what they do. We achieved 10k over the asking price within two days, and the follow-up went super smoothly.
