The Amazing Sandra

I had a viewing in windmill road gillingham on saturday I was early for my appointment and greeted by sandra. I have had lots of viewings with other estate agents recently but sandra was def the best. Her professionalism was amazing she was very honest which is rare for most estate agents :) and she knew everything about each room before we stepped in it. Sandra's knowledge of the area was great regarding parking near by facilities. Clearly she did her research before the viewing. I feel she is a real credit to the company and everybody should learn from her how to conduct a viewing in a professional way. She should be the face of customer experience for the whole industry not just hunters. I understand this is a sales environment and results won't always reflect how good or valuable a person is but hunters def should invest in this one for long term as the old saying goes people buy from people. Thank you so much Sandra :)

My brother and I contacted Hunters recently in relation to a 6 bedroom detached house with extensive parking & gardens in Buntingford Hertfordshire. We arranged an appointment with their employee Laura. My brother and I were so impressed by Laura from our first meeting in relation to her knowledge of lettings. She proved herself to be highly efficient and courteous during the following week and arranged all the certification, photos & floor plans for the letting with the individual contractors and in addition to providing us with beautiful Client brochures posted it on Rightmove within a very short time scale. I would highly recommend Laura and Hunters.

I recently sold 3 houses with Hunters in Gateshead and I have to say Hunters did a job a great job for me. A couple of the sales were not straight forward but they managed to get the sales over the line and and showed great worth ethic and professionalism. Rob is always on the other side of the phone going the extra mile to help out. They also managed my rentals and did an amazing job finding me great tenants. I would give zero it i could. In disrepair for two years. Dont know were to start. Electics, mould, guttering, blocked toilets, firealarms. Dog poo on the floor when moving in. Overgrown ivy on the walls etc etc. im begging you dont rent from them. Fail to attend apointments etc

Fantastic efficient friendly service

I have just recently moved out of a property that Hunters in Baldock were managing I can’t believe in the difficult times with the pandemic how absolutely professional and efficient they have been. Both Claire and Chloe were brilliant. Cooling off period contract disparity with hunters.We signed up to sell our property then changed our minds over the weekend as we are entitled to do under the 14 day cooling off period. There is a clause in the contract which contradicts this entitlement so be warned if you change your mind. The measure of any company is how they react! In our case, demand for payment and threat of debt collection when no work had been done. Be warned my fellow house moversThe sooner estate agents are regulated, the better for all concerned!!! Sarah and Dave are absolutely outstanding, they keep me in the loop with all viewings arranged, always follow this up with thorough feedback on each visit and their stance, accepted an offer and they only took it off the market when all the vetting was 100% confirmed. Dave works very hard and often respond to emails out of normal operating hours. I had a bad experience with my previous agent who were poor with communications and had an attitude. Hunters can keep my property until it sells even if it doesn’t right now due to the current market of mortgages.

Honestly words can’t even describe how much Me and my mum appreciated Dave advice. Useless from day 1.

Useless as an agent. They do not even know their own contracts. As a tenant I was left out to dry. They did not want to know when I had an issue. I was basically told to pay for what I had signed up for. Although the contract I had signed had a get out clause that I was having to quote to them to get them to talk to myself. All via email. Absolutely useless and contact was slow and usually at the end of a working day so as I couldn't get a follow up response till at least the next day or longer. I ended being told to shut up and put up in not so many words. Pay what you owe. Which was never an issue I just wanted out! They struggled to deal with the scenario and even when they did act upon my instructions it was very labored. The manageress was no better than the person in charge of the letting. I had to put her straight a few times and quote her own mistakes. Constant battle to get them to take action with the landlord or reply to myself.after being forced £580 to pay for a service that they had on file was a joke. I asked for the full works if I was having to pay for it. Photos etc. But the refused to come and take them. I'm not saying they robbed me, I'm telling you! I seriously doubt that the landlord was paying that sort of money for that service every time they required a new tenant.Finally after paying a lot of money for a house I never touched they managed to get some other poor soul to rent the property. If you are a landlord. It's not all about the money. Stop being horrible people and make nice house for people to make into homes. If the property you let out is a mess than people will not rent it unless they are desperate like myself at the time. Would you live in it!!???
