It is a real shame when ideal opportunity to acquire a family home is missed due to errors made by an estate agent. It later transpires that vendor accepted a lower offer for the sale of his property. The real questions are; what was the cause of those errors? were they really errors? why was the lower offer accepted and higher offer rejected?

Seems crooked, says one thing and does another.We found that they played us off against another buyer because 'Alan' was a friend of a family, rung very true when it all came out.
