GoogleEveryone at Hunters Lee made our buying experience as easy as possible. Vikram in particular was great at keeping us informed and responding to any queries we had in the process. This estate agents was an integral cog in our record speed completion time of around 50 days from start to finish! I couldn't recommend them enough, very helpful and accommodating:)

GoogleI both purchased and sold my property with Hunters. Throughout the process of selling my flat Vikram, Serhan and the team were helpful, professional and proactive. Working with them made the process much smoother (and quicker), they liaised directly with solicitors and chased things up to avoid things getting stuck. I didn’t think I would say this about an estate agent but they really do put people first and enjoyed working with all of the team. I would recommend Hunters to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a property.

GoogleI purchased a property through Hunters in Lee recently. I appreciate Vikram, Donna , Ali and the team’s hard work. Without their help, I think I couldn’t complete my purchase within a certain time flame, and I could be become a homeless or spend extra money on my rent. My purchase took nearly 6 months to complete due to the pandemic, chains etc. I really felt support from Vikram and the team in helping to speed up things with the solicitors and the seller. They made things happened and finally I got the keys in time. I do recommend Hunters in Lee to anyone. They are friendly, professional, and very helpful.

His expertise was reassuring during our fairly protracted purchase and his advice on parts of the chain he wasn't directly involved with (our sale) were very welcome. He helped managed the stress of the process very well, which for us had built up after a couple of failed attempts at moving.

They helped to make the process straightforward and virtually stress-free. GoogleMe and two friends were looking to share a flat together. We used Hunters agency in Lee and the whole process was very smooth! The deposit release was done very fast - I have never had such a great experience using an agency. The communication was always great and the move in and move out was perfectly easy! I would definitely recommend Hunters, especially Donna and Vikram agents who were friendly and always ready to help! Thank you!

Viewed a rental property. I wanted to proceed but then told they wanted to collect more interest and no communication whatsoever. Absolute shocking service and wouldn't recommend at all. Thankfully I got no further with my application, well I guess I don't know cause they never come back to me. What a joke!!

Trustpilotlettings fees are very high
For lettings their fees are very expensive. First 3 months of my 450 rent studio flat they took and I did not get anything. When tenant leaves another month will be gone as inventory check is 180 and cleaning in 250 and this is for a studio flat. If i want to cancel the contract i have to pay 900. Stay away.

I have only great things to say about Hunters Middleton branch! From the very first phone call right up to exchanging contacts They have been beyond brilliant. I absolutely loved the pictures of my house and the write up most definitely did my house justice. My house sold within 4 days and I was over the moon with the price!Nicole was the shining star for me- she kept in daily contact and was the most reassuring and helpful person every single step of the process. She chased up people when they needed it ensuring the sale moved along at pace. Thank you so much Hunters but especially a massive thank you to Nicole- you have been amazingly!

Hunters let the house adjacent to ours. There have been multiple pipe leaks around the bathroom causing flooding which in turn is causing damp smells on our side due to the length of time taken to address the issues. It's been repaired after four weeks now within hours water is currently coming through the ceiling next door soaking our party wall and they have told the tennant it's livable no problem.

Awful. Incredibly disorganised. Would establish inspections and never turn up, would constantly email about overdue rent that wasn't overdue. Would pass the blame constantly. Attempted to raise my rent by a "reasonable" £200 a month six months into my tenancy which can only happen every 12 months and cannot be more than the CPI price index; they failed on both counts. Renting is honestly awful, and these clowns pray upon the anxiety of insecurity to get what they want.I have bought a house now, I wish all renters the luck to buy their own homes one day so we never have to deal with letting agents like these ever again.

I would completely recommend avoiding this agency, they are slow to respond, have no information ready at hand and this has possibly been the most annoying process of purchasing a property with them. There was a lot of missing information that I was not provided and they basically only know how to respond when they need something. You will call them and they say they'll get back to you and just disappear. Avoid if possible.

We are in the process of buying a bungalow at the moment and the sales progression team told us the vendor had been to sort the electrics and service the boiler..previous tennants had apparently got in debt so electric was cut off..Hunters lied saying this would be sorted. A second viewing 2 weeks later and a wasted 120 mile journey confirmed nothing had been sorted. When we told them we were disappointed with them we were told to leave the property.

Hunters hung a "for sale" sign on our property, which was a surprise to us, since we were neither selling nor letting the property. When asked to take it down, four visible holes have been left in the wall of our home. It has been six and a half weeks, and the holes are still there. In a couple of weeks, we're going to need to escalate this to the ombudsman.

Agent Harj was full of fake promises. Although he was all smiles and seemed friendly, the minute we left after our viewing he didn’t return texts or calls and shyed away from any contact. After several calls to the agents I finally managed to find out myself that the property had been given to someone else, rather than them calling me to inform me I had to dig this information out of them which was frustrating. Avoid!
