GoogleTenant here. Very unprofessional and dishonest letting agency. You have to do their job for them, they blatantly mislead you about things which later turns out the Landlord had never heard of before. They aren't capable of putting together a renewal contract, making major mistakes. A simple task or formality takes triple the time and effort when they are involved. I honestly can't think of one positive experience with this business.

Jon tricked my friend into putting a holding deposit down on a higher offer than he'd asked for, which we'd then lose if we backed out of the process.
