GoogleThis agency is horrific, they rented my flat to someone else without checking if I want to stay or I’m going to move out by the end of tenancy. That’s illegal as they still need to serve a two month notice. They were lying to me about my rights and trying to force me to leave I a few days time without even serving me an official notice. Then they wanted to claim from my deposit issues that I reported when I moved in and they never got fixed. I moved out over a month ago and haven’t received my deposit back yet. Totally unprofessional and don’t care about tenants.

Dear Eve,
Firstly please allow me to express my sympathy for the experience you have been through.
However please be advised and for clarity, Huddletons were not the agent you first engaged with you entered into your tenancy nor were we the managing agent during the period that issues you mention were raised to be fixed. We have not and do not hold your deposit. I would urge you therefore to speak with your previous managing agent for matters relating to the return of your deposit.
Furthermore, Huddletons acted correctly when issuing the relevant notice for the termination of your tenancy which was executed but I do offer my understanding as we know this is a difficult point of any tenancy.
Although you have a valid grievance, you have directed this inaccurately at Huddletons when this should be directed to another party.

GoogleMy situation - Just moved back to the UK from Canada and needed to find a place to live and fast.
Thankfully I saw an apartment listed by Huddletons and after calling them, managed to organise a viewing on the same day. Julia organised the viewing and was super helpful, answering my questions and checking to see if I could have some furniture removed.
From then, I got quick and responsive emails via Dean to complete the application and reference processes and was able to go from a viewing on Tuesday afternoon to having the process complete on Friday afternoon, with keys being collected on the Saturday. Also shout out to Jasmine who also got in contact on the Friday to help finalise the application.
All in all the service was professional throughout and would recommend to anyone looking to find accommodation in London!PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleWhatever you do, STAY AWAY from these agents whether you are landlord or tenant. You clearly pay for what you get in this case. They undertook little to no proper referencing which meant my flat was let to individuals who were not properly verified who then used it as BROTHEL. Terrifying our neighbours and having the police called on a number of occasions. They then gave my spare set of keys to a completely random individual claiming to be the tenant’s boyfriend. Not only were they not apologetic but they then held me to the 12 month management fee for a tenancy that lasted less than 4 weeks. Shocking and appalling service all round from these cowboys! AVOID!

Both Huddleston's and Parkheath failed to inform the property we were renting, had a shared energy meter between properties, making one tenant responsible for paying the consumption of energy for 2 properties. The 2nd tenant was not able to register himself with an energy provider because the submeter installed in his flat was not registered with National Grid.

They failed to pay me rent on time several months in a row, when the tenant was actually paying on time; Huddletons blamed an internal account error.
