GoogleWe worked with Hotblack Desiato to sell our flat in Islington and secured a quick sale at our desired asking price. They were friendly, responsive, professional, had a good understanding of our local market and managed our expectations well rather than trying to hook us with promises they couldn’t deliver against. We would use them again in future.

GoogleHelped me through a tricky drawn out sale, pleasant to deal with and went the extra mile in mediating between all parties
Thanks for your review, Nick. It was quite a haul but we got there in the end! We always let people know we go the extra mile. It is great to know we delivered!

GoogleStuart and Rafe worked tirelessly to find us the best buyer, keep us in the loop and ensure that a fast paced sale was achieved before lockdown kicked in. My family would have been stranded without them pulling the whole chain over the line. Deffo recommend - thanks guys!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

TrustpilotAvoid rental with Hotblack Desiato at all cost
As I never write reviews, I hope this will underline my dissatisfaction with Hotblack Desiato (HD) and its employees.

GoogleMade things relatively easy. My flat was unfurnished -- they added a 3d mock up of what it might look like furnished which helped buyers visualise.

TrustpilotTerrible experience
In our experience Hotblack Desiato are unprofessional and sought to exploit us as tenants. I would avoid letting from this agency at all costs. Our experience is partially detailed below:

TrustpilotWow, impressively terrible...
I have been renting a flat through these guys for five months now, and out of 8 problems that existed from day 1, only 3 things have been fixed.
